i have the same trouble, i'm using the MSI GP62 Leopard pro-002 laptop and the EL Gato Software doesn't start at all. As soo equally i click the programme it merely turns white and says el gato software is not responding. I already contacted el gato support merely they couldn't help me they simply said there'south something wrong the a program installed in your laptop. Then yeah my laptop is brand new simply 2 weeks old. If any of yous guys find a solution PLZ let me know i'm using windows 10 drivers are up to date and then yeah later and thanks.

I did some research on my own and managed to find the answer that could possibly aid you every bit well.
There is a program that comes installed on MSI computers which launches on start up called NahimicMSIUILauncher (http://prnt.sc/9gyiis). When I concluded this process in the task manager I was able to start the Game Capture Software without it crashing and record.

Ok cool ill give it a try once i go back in boondocks but what if i uninstall the plan you lot asked me to finish will it mess up my laptop.

Y'all don't need to uninstall the programme, all yous have to practice is open up the task managing director and end the process which is pretty much the same thing equally just closing a program using the little red X.
If you restart your laptop the program will have started upwards once again and next time you want to use your Elgato you but need to do the above
