"Cosy base for exploring Snowdonia National Park" A fantastic cosy cottage from which to explore all the delights of Snowdonia. It's compact but very clean and comfortable and fitted our family of four (including two boys of 11 and 14) perfectly. The welcome pack was a very nice touch. As others have said the pub across the bridge is very friendly and shows football matches in the evenings. Thanks very much Alan, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't fault the communication or the cleanliness of the cottage.

"Brilliant!!" We had a fab weekend away here. The accommodation is great! I have 2 small children and everything I needed was already there including a removable ramp for double pram to get in when they both fell asleep. "Perfectly peaceful place" We stayed here for a long weekend, 4 adults with 4 children ranging from 5 years to 11. We had a wonderful time, the lodge is lovely and the local area is great for days out. Penvale Lakes is a really quiet park but the pool was great for the kids and fishing on the lake plus paddling in the little stream was heaven for the kids. Ideal for a weekend away for anyone that wants peace and quiet but plenty of things to do on your doorstep.

"Perfect" A gem of a holiday cottage in an idyllic spot in Betws-y-Coed. Booking process excellent. Contacted Kate last minute about bringing our dog with us and without any hesitation advised wasn't a problem. Cottage itself was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Will most definitely return when we visit the stunning Snowdonia National Park in the near future.

"Lovely clean and comfortable cottage." My family and I arrived for a three night stay and found the house immaculately clean.My two year old granddaughter wanted to see the animals which was no problem.Brian told us feeding tiime 5 o'clock and to come down then,She was totally delighted. We did not see a lot of Debby or Brian as all we needed was already in the house.We noticed on a review that the floorboards creaked a lot in the bedrooms,yes they do,but that did not in any way spoil our stay.we are hoping to go back in September.Overall a totally lovely cottage with totally hospitable owners.Many thanks to Debby and Brian for letting us stay in a lovely cottage. "Brilliant weekend" Myself, my partner and our two friends enjoyed a relaxing weekend at the Pant. The pictures do not do justice how beautiful of a house it is. Andrew, the owner, couldn't be more helpful and his directions, recommendations and instructions were second to none. Every spec of the Pant is luxury and we will most definitely be returning.

"Great location and spacious house" This house is very well located, on the dunes very close to the large expanse of Rhosneigr beach. We were not so lucky with the weather, so the outlook was not quite as wonderful as it should have been. The house itself has everything you need, but the bedrooms are typical, basic holiday house rooms with lino-type flooring. The upstairs sitting room with balcony is comfortable with lovely views and a nice rug which makes a big difference to the feel of the place. A few more such luxuries would raise my rating to 5 stars.

"Amazing house!" This house is amazing & very conveniently located. Restaurants/pubs & hiking are within walkable distance. We were a party of 11 & it slept all of us very comfortablely. John was a wonderful host. Great communication from the start & left us a wonderful basket of goodies upon arrival. My son left his hat & John had it posted before we even left the area! I highly recommend this place!!

"Ideal, quiet, picturesque for a break" Jacquie was so obliging, a lovely atmosphere created from before we arrived, during and after. The cottage is out of the way,yet ideally suited for walks or visiting north Wales, we were at a wedding at deganwy quay, only 3+miles away, so will definitely return to explore more. The cottage was clean and very well equipped, it is small so storage for our clothes was limited BUT that was not a problem. The views were lovely, and we will next time have breakfast outside. Thanks for a super stay.

"Good sized cottage in a great location" Trearddur Bay is a lovely spot for a family holiday and the cottage is perfectly located for a stroll to the beach, local store, playground or one of the 2 restaurants. It was lovely to have fresh eggs on our arrival and Naomi and Duncan were always helpful.

"Super house in great location" Water's Edge proved ideal for the holiday we had in mind. The house itself was comfortable and well equipped. Its location on the waterfront was lovely with panoramic views and easy access to walks. It is well located as a base to explore the area with easy access to the coast, Anglesey and Snowdonia. The village has limited facilities, but there are plenty of shops, etc. in nearby Bangor

"Fantastic!" We stayed in this beautiful bungalow for my Mum and Dads Golden Wedding Anniversary and it was fantastic. The facilities were excellent and it was spotless. "Bungalow" Forget me not bungalow is quaint and perfectly formed. The kitchen was really well equipped with a range cooker and breakfast bar that could seat 4 people easily. The 3 bedrooms, bedding and towels were all top class. The bungalow is well placed on a quiet street within easy reach of all amenities. I would highly recommend this bungalow.

"Perfect pet friendly secluded escape" A fabulous little place, off the beaten track which makes it a perfect secluded escape, yet close to everything you can need, from beaches to mountains, lakes to picturesque towns. The chalet has fabulous mountain views and is pet and child friendly. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay, the only fault being we could not stay longer! We will definitely return. The owners, and their lovely dog Thorn, are very friendly and are close by should you need anything during your stay. We had great weather for the time of year and were lucky enough to get to the top of Snowdon!
